From the minute we stepped into your Bethpage store, we were treated like we mattered. We sat with Jennifer and she answered all of our questions and explained every little detail of the pools, packages and nitty gritty of the pricing etc. Being novice pool buyers, we needed some time to think, and left the store not feeling one bit of pressure. We headed to another pool store, and the difference was seen immediately. Not only did the salesperson there seem to have "better things to do" than talk to us, but the quality of the products were night and day.
We went back to Brothers 3 that same day and purchased an 18 foot above ground pool. We paid slightly more than at the other store, but feel it was worth it for the sheer quality of the pool, the wonderful service and way we were treated by everyone involved.
Brent and his crew from Sparkle Pool Service were here this morning to instal our pool. They were true professionals, listened to my concerns about placement of the pool, explained the filter set up to me, and this gorgeous pool has not one teeny tiny wrinkle... Amazingly smooth! My 3 children sat and watched them work, one of the men was singing as he worked! We've had workers at our home before that wouldn't tolerate my kids under foot. They seemed to enjoy it!
So thank you so much for a wonderful experience. Once it's filled up, we will be back in for a filter and chemical lesson!

Thirty-three years! Thatís how long we had our Sharkline Aristocrat Pool and Hayward Perflex Filter purchased in May 1979. Thirty three seasons of volleyball games, barbecues, birthday parties, and best of all, floating around on a lounge while relaxing in the pool. Our own children and countless friends learned to swim in our wonderful pool, the craftsmanship of our Sharkline pool gave us all of that.
Now itís time for another pool. At Brothers 3, we purchased a new Sharkline Navigator 18í x 54" pool which we will install soon. We are very excited about having many happy hours of enjoyment in our new pool, and are looking forward to taking the first dip. This year we purchased a Semi Inground Swimming Pool from Brothers 3 in Bethpage. Initially the thought of
spending over $10000 had my stomach churning, however after looking at
other pools that claimed to be semi inground we bit the bullet and

Well, now that we have spent the money let me say we thoroughly

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Brothers 3 Pools. They
TOTALLY stand behind their products. I purchased a pool and filter in
May 2010. I had a problem with the filter & was anticipating the
worst--but after notifying the store, the installer (Brian -Sparkle
Pools) came to fix the problem immediately. The filter was eventually
replaced with a new one-which, unfortunately was faulty (not due to any
fault of Brothers 3). The installer (Brian) was @ my house again AND
Howard Levine from the store came to my yard as well to try and resolve
the issue. Brian and Mr. Levine exhausted every effort to alleviate the
problem I was experiencing. I received a 3rd filter--it was SUPER!! I
noticed another problem with the pool and it was resolved ASAP to my
satisfaction. Brothers 3 DOES NOT ignore customer complaints and truly
wants you to be happy with your purchase. Mr. Levine was professional,
showed me utmost respect and was always courteous and more importantly -
really did care!!!! .....and---- he happens to be a nice man!! You can
shop Brothers3 with confidence!! The installation company-Sparkle
-owned by Brian, was as well professional and responsive to all my
concerns and was at my house to try and resolve the problems. I cannot
speak highly enough of Sparkle. Brian went above & beyond and always
with a smile and a handshake--- my kind of people!! I have read
negative posts regarding Brothers 3 and Sparkle -- and all I can say
is-- when you treat people with respect --- they return that courtesy to
you. Brothers 3 Pools NEVER neglected any of my calls and acted upon them
immediately. I am happy with my purchase and am sure I will have years

August 21, 2011 I would like to say I bought a 15' round above ground pool with the sand
filter from 3 Brothers in Sayville, NY. From the time you step in the
showroom/store you are treated a VIP. My salesman, Rob, absolutely knew
everything about pools, pumps ladders, chemicals etc.. I had a
unfortunate financial incident which required me to go with a lesser
quality pool while keeping the accessories. Most salesman would be
pissed off and annoyed that they would have to re work a deal but not 3
Brothers.. They bent over backwards to accommodate my financial situation
and still treated me with respect. I would not go with anyone else.. Every time I go into the store, they know my name and 'How can I help you
today" .. First class installers and excellent crew at the Sayville
location.. Do not go anywhere else!! You'll pay!!!

I am writing this letter to commend you for your honesty when you advertise your swimming pools on TV. They are the Best Pools on Long Island.
I purchased one of your pools well over 30 years ago. I think I might even have the original receipt. It is an 18ft. round pool that my whole family enjoyed every summer. I am saddened that the pool is finally saying good-bye (so many great memories). The pool is finally wearing out and due to economic reasons we won't be able to purchase another. I just wanted to reiterate the fact that I never heard of a pool lasting as long as the one we purchased from you.
Thanks again to you and your employees for so many years of enjoyment and for a job well done. You really do make the best pools on the island.

Dear Friends At Brothers 3 Pools,
I am writing this letter as a thank you to Carlo and your company. I was shopping for a semi-inground swimming pool in the spring of 2009. I had been everywhere and was more confused than I was informed. When I walked into your Bethpage location I was immediately greeted by Carlo and learned more in a half an hour than I had in the three weeks prior. It actually felt like Carlo wanted to sell me a pool. When at the other stores it was like pulling teeth to ask a question. I purchased a pool that day and the process from there on was very smooth and easy. The excavator who dug the hole and backfilled after the pool was built was excellent. Sparkle Pool Service was also very accommodating and made the process hassle free. The pool and liner are beautiful! The filter system is excellent and the chemicals that are sold in your stores kept our pool crystal clear all summer long.
Although I did purchase the pool in Bethpage, I live in Holbrook and utilize the Sayville store for all my chemicals and water tests. The staff at Sayville are just as nice and welcoming as in Bethpage. I had many questions and they always answered them with a smile. My family and I are looking forward to the summer and many years of enjoyment with our new pool. Thank you so very much.

Brothers Three Pools
Dear Sir or Madam:
I would like to share
my recent experience of shopping for a Pool.
Like many other
people, I am now a Pool owner. Choosing what kind and where to purchase it was
more than a task, it was a challenge. We started by trying to figure out where
one would go in the yard, and then it was off to the stores.
We browsed local Suffolk County Pool stores; I
would then go home and google the store and/or check the BBB Website. I
liked the prices of some of the stores but found complaints online which made
me nervous about using them, the last thing I wanted was to have a problem with
something I waited years to purchase.
My friend Tom asked
me if I went to Brothers Three, I said yeah, I heard the whole my uncle makes them my
father sells them thing, but they were a bit higher in price than the others. My friendís next question was ďDo you want a pool or a
headache.Ē I looked them up online
again, still no complaints so I go to Brothers Three. I met with Jennifer
Levine. I was probably the worst customer she ever had, Iím not sure of how
many questions I asked, but very professionally she answered them all and her
brother Rob who is also employed there was great as well. I would confidently
recommend Brothers Three to anyone shopping for a Pool especially if Jennifer
Levine is the salesperson and Sparkle Pools does the installation. Jennifer
About 7 years ago we walked into the store looking for a pool and met you. We purchased the 18' round pool from you at the Bethpage location and got a great product at a great deal and were extremely happy. Little did we know how great a package deal this really was until 7 years later.
Our pool opens early May and closes late October every year. It has been through kids using it to the max. (our daughter and friends, jumping off the rails) (did we say no a million times???LOL )and as they grew into teenagers still doing that and a million feet kicking off the wall to get ahead start in swim contests and many adults later, our pool is still as good as new and we get so many compliments on it from the pool people who open and close it, and every single guest who sees it or goes into it. I run my filter non stop for 6 months 24/7 and only now did I have to replace the pump due to a screw up on my part while in the dark one night.
The liner is the original and still feels brand new, the structure is rock solid, and the chemicals are the absolute best. Every years our water is crystal clear unlike any of our friends pools who used other brands of chemicals. The service you have given us from the time we met into the present, should be studied and adopted by all retailers selling high end products of any kind.(cars, homes, top end electronics, etc... ) who do not know how to treat their clients like you do. You give the best service, right from the heart at any price!!!!
When ever I call I feel like Iím a part of the family, always a perfect and warm hearted experience!! Thank you for being a great part of our parties and gatherings. For making us feel so welcome and for the pride you take in always doing the right thing by your trusting clients. Brothers 3 has such superior products that you are head and shoulders above the rest and exceed our highest expectations!

While in the market to purchase a new pool, we were recommended to Brothers3 by relatives and friends who had purchased pools from you and were thoroughly pleased. This purchase represented an upgrade for us in both size and quality of product, so our investigation process was thorough and extensive. Due to the size of the pool and the level of the installation area, it was recommended to us that we install the pool semi in ground. This represented a minor change in cost, but a major change in plans and installation time. Nonetheless, we believed that this was good advice and moved forward with the installation as recommended.
On Saturday, July 26th, the pool was installed. Since the pool is large (18 x 33), filling it is not a quick process. By late Sunday evening the pool was almost full when the liner tore and spilled all of the water. Luckily for us, the pool was contained within the hole dug for the semi in ground installation, limiting the spreading of water to that area. Needless to say we were quite upset and very disappointed. I left a message on Brothers 3's answering machine late Sunday evening informing them of the incident.
On Monday July 28th, while preparing to go to the pool store, I received a call from Howard Levine, confirming that he received my phone message and would like to help. I informed him that I was on my way to the store and would discuss the incident with him. Upon arrival, Howard first apologized for the incident and then asked "What can I do to help you?". His direct approach immediately set the tone for a positive and productive meeting. Within a 1/2 hour, we had developed a timeline of events that would rectify this incident. The level of customer support and cooperation received was outstanding.
As of Thursday, July 31st, our pool was installed and has been filled without incident. Although incident and problems occur, Howard and staff at Brothers 3 clearly negated any problems or issues that could have arose form this circumstance. They turned a negative situation into a positive stellar customer support and service. Selling and supporting a product when there are no problems is a simple issue. Supporting one when there is, segregates the winners from the losers.
I'd strongly recommend Brothers 3 to anyone considering a pool purchase. Howard and the entire staff at Brothers 3 performed wonderfully and provided a level of customer support that is unparalleled. They should be commended for their performance.
Just a quick note to express our sincere gratitude to the staff of the Bethpage store. We had originally decided to replace our 24' round pool with a 21' round but were faced with LIPA codes restricting us due to power lines in our back yard. We ended up purchasing the Escalade 12'x24' oval to try to meet the LIPA codes.
All of the grief and aggravation of trying to do things according to proper channels was made extremely easy on your end thanks to Rick Amatucci and other staff members Carlo, Matt, and Don. We were treated as though we were dealing with regular nice people, not just salesmen. In our numerous visits to the store we were greeted in a very professional and friendly manner.
We have had dealings with Island Rec in the past and could not even imagine how our purchase would have transpired with them.
Our pool was installed on June 5 by Sparkle Pool Service and in now up and running perfectly. Their crew also treated us in a very pleasant and professional manner through the installation process.
We plan to do all of our future business for maintenance and accessory items with Brothers 3 as we are very comfortable about getting straight and honest answers to any questions or needs. Also know thatwe will highly recommend Brothers 3 to anyone we know that may need pool items or a possible new puchase.

sources of money. We decided to purchase a pool at Brothers 3 after
meeting with one of their sales reps. The sales person was very helpful
and eased our anxiety about making a large purchase. We knew up front
that they were not the cheapest of the companies, but heard that they
sold the best quality and would treat us properly. Rest assured our
friend was right in sending us to them. We did check out other places
first but the quality was sadly lacking from them all. I have no doubt
that the pool I purchased will last me years to come. Whenever I have a
question I'm always able to ask a sales person there and they help me
out with whatever I need. If you want a
great pool, look into the Navigator model, it's what I bought. My
family loves the thing and we use it every chance we get.
I bought a pool from the Sayville store almost 2 years ago and can only
rave about the pleasant experience. The salespeople (ALL of them) are
knowledgeable, kind, patient, and take as much time as necessary to
thoroughly explain the process from the beginning at purchase to the
end at maintenance. There were absolutely no surprises for me in the
cost of the pool or for the the installation. I am particularly
impressed that Ed, as well as the other salesmen, remember my needs and
questions from year to year and are willing to do "whatever it takes"
to keep me as a satisfied and returning customer. I might further add
that I am very slow to understand anything mechanical or chemical and
yet none of the salesmen ever made me feel as though I am wasting their
time or lose patience with me or my constant questions. Ed, one of the
salesmen, even allowed me to video "how to" instructions for putting in
the chemicals and opening and closing the pool. This was during their
most busy time and I was never made to feel rushed! Their chemicals are
truly of the highest quality and help in the ease of maintenance, even
for novices like me! I was also impressed with their recommended
installers, Sparkle Pools. They did an excellent job and were very
professional. I would highly recommend
Brothers 3 to anyone looking to purchase a pool. There is a reason they

just purchased a beautiful new pool (12x24). It was a great addition to
the yard and my wife enjoys lounging in the pool as much as my two
sons. Brothers Three made the pool buying experience a lot more
enjoyable than most of the other pool stores we attended. At Brothers
Three, all of the my problems were taken care of right away, the sales
people were kind to us throughout the entire process not trying to push
us into something we weren't ready for. Not only did they help us pick
the right pool for our yard and family needs, but they gave us step by
step instructions on how to set up the filter system and get it going.
All you have to do is go in, no appointment and they told us everything
we would need in chemicals for the season and maintaining a clean pool.
I would recommend Brothers Three to anyone I know that is thinking
